Job – SOIL TESTING AND INVESTIGATION

Information – One storeyed Steel Structure Factory with Mezzanine

Proposed building size – 40000 mm x 54000 x 16 M

Requirements – Submit essential required soil data for structural designer.

Project Location – Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial zone, Yangon.

Term and Conditions

Submit the gross project cost (only materials plus labor) cost solely.
Mention commercial tax (5%) separately and added on submitted tender price.
The submitted tender price must be including withholding, any other government tax and
any other additional charges (such as supervision, transportation).
The tender price should be valid 2 weeks from the date of submission.
The technical supplier must have to able to start the project during 3 days from the date of
award the tender and on some cases; starting date will be based on the work order by the
client’s representative engineer.
All scope of work including Material Ordering, Assembling and Installation, Commissioning
and Testing must be finished during 3 weeks.
The preferred type of contract will be fixed price contract and the contractor will not be
able add any other additional charges after awarding the tender except variation on scope
changes.
